1. Service Description

AIWave provides access to third-party AI models via a unified API gateway. Users can access models including but not limited to DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi, ERNIE, and MiniMax through a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. We act as an intermediary between users and upstream AI model providers.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Not create multiple accounts for abuse purposes

3. Pricing & Refund Policy

All fees are denominated in USD. Payments are processed through our payment partner, Waffo Pancake.

• Pay-as-you-go credits: Credits are added to your account balance upon payment. Usage is deducted per API call based on the model's token pricing.
• Promotional credits: Bonus credits (e.g., Deposit $10 Get $20) are subject to promotional terms and may have different refund rules.
• Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee. Used credits are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
• Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, your account will be suspended immediately and all remaining credits forfeited.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing credits will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our API
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or billing systems
• Use automated tools to abuse free trial credits
• Submit content that infringes on third-party rights

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIWave provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, or legality of outputs generated by third-party AI models
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream providers, network issues, or maintenance

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by applicable law
• You fail to pay fees when due

Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked. Any remaining credits may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
